be holding their 3^rd Annual Egg Fest on

Saturday May 1^st. 

This is a one day event from

9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Schedule of events:

• 9:00 a.m.  -  Welcome and cooks meeting

• 9:15 a.m.  -  Lighting of the Eggs

• 9:15 a.m.  -  Big Green Egg 101 class

• 9:30 to 3:00  -  Cooking, eating and sharing techniques

• 3:00 p.m. - Most Unusual food off an Egg turn in

• 3:00 p.m. - Hand out “Secret Ingredient” for Iron Chef Cook Off

• 4:00 p.m. - Iron Chef turn in

• 5:00 p.m. - Awards, prizes and thank you
